This project was described internationally as one of the most ambitious and sophisticated highway engineering designs in the World.
The pedestal of Maynes engineering practice was built by Rev. (Engr). E. I. Etteh and late Engr. Lawrence Arokodare. Their contribution is humbly recognized here as always while the glory is given to God.
Mayne is married to the amiable and equally erudite Juliet Ogedi David-West nee Nzeribe. Their over thirty-six (36) years old union is blessed with four children: Sylvia, Juliet, Tavis and Brian.
